Artwork Submission Requirements
To ensure the highest quality prints, please follow our guidelines when submitting your artwork:
File Format: Submit your artwork in a lossless format such as TIFF or PNG. JPEGs are acceptable if saved at the highest quality.
Color Mode: Ensure your artwork is in CMYK mode, especially if it's intended for physical prints.
Resolution (DPI): The resolution, or dots per inch (DPI), determines the clarity of your print.
Standard Prints (up to 12" x 18"): A minimum of 300 DPI is required.
Large Prints (up to 24" x 36"): A minimum of 300 DPI is preferred, but 240 DPI is acceptable.
Very Large Prints (above 24" x 36"): A minimum of 240 DPI is required. For sizes above 60" on the longest side, 150 DPI is acceptable but do consult with our team for optimal results.
File Size: Ensure your file size doesn't exceed 500MB. For very large prints, contact our support team if your artwork exceeds this size.
Dimensions: Provide artwork in the exact dimensions you desire for printing. If unsure, our team can assist in suggesting optimal dimensions for your artwork.
Bleed: If your design extends to the edge of the paper, add an additional 0.125" (1/8 inch) to each side for bleed. This ensures no unwanted white borders or cropping of the artwork.
Safe Zone: Keep important details and text at least 0.25" away from the edges to avoid them being too close to the trim line or potentially getting cut off.
Review Before Submission
Double-check your artwork's resolution, dimensions, and color mode before submitting. If your artwork does not meet these requirements, it may result in a delay in processing or potential quality issues in the final print.
