4. Order Cancellation, Refunds, and Quality Assurance

Orders can only be canceled within the first 24 hours. Refunds are available within 30 days, subject to certain conditions. Processing times may vary. Damaged items will only be replaced within 2 days of receipt. Canverly provides a quality assurance guarantee in accordance with the policies outlined on our website.

Canverly is not responsible for any color mismatches or poor quality photos. We are not responsible for lost or damaged property shipped to Canverly for evaluation or production work.
